Vision Graphics has assembled a professional team of Sales Account Representatives and Customer Service Representatives. When a customer submits a job through their Sales Account Representative, the job goes to that Sales Rep's inside team of Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Electronic Prepress (EP) Specialists.

Instead of just running your job, leaving you responsible for inadvertent errors like misspellings, wrong fonts and so on, our teams of CSRs and EP Specialists "preflight" your job, making sure that all the material specifications are correct, all the correct fonts and images are included, all the content is what you expect it to be. They weed out and correct any errors. They resolve problems on the spot before your job ever gets to our prepress department.
