Dear Mark,

After seventeen years with Pearl Izumi it is time for me to move on to other endeavors. My time with Pearl has been very positive, often challenging and always rewarding. One of the reasons this is so is because of the great vendors I have had an opportunity to work with over the years.

At the top of this list would have to be Vision Graphics. During the 7+ years that we have trusted Vision with our most important print project, our twice-yearly product catalogs, we have consistently been delivered an outstanding product. The quality of the printing, the customer support, and the prepress department have all been excellent.

Due to the nature of our business and product development cycle, we have often made serious demands regarding the scheduling of our work. Compressed timelines between delivery of our files and delivery of finished print product have always been met with a can-do attitude, the result being on-time completion.

It is also worthy of mention that our sales rep John Lawrence has always afforded us a level of customer service that exceeds that which we have received from other print vendors. To have one person shoulder full responsibility for communication and coordination of our project has allowed me the opportunity to perform my job as Creative Director in a more efficient and creative manner.

Mark, I would like to thank you and your fine organization for the years we have worked together, and will pass the many good experiences we have shared on to those who will succeed me.
